Rockwell Automation is offering the EDGE Leadership Development Program, a 2-year rotation-based opportunity designed to develop future leaders in the Global Sales & Marketing unit.

As an EDGE Associate, you will participate in diverse 6-month rotations across the US, gain exposure to leaders, and develop essential skills in commercial content creation, application development, product management, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required; no visa sponsorship.
• A cumulative GPA of 3.0+ on a 4.0 scale and prior internship/co-op experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to commercial content creation and product management initiatives.
• Assist in application development and customer engagement activities.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams and mentors to build leadership-ready skills.
