Job summary

AI Fabrik is building an edge inference delivery network and seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale hardware and software delivery programs. You will coordinate hardware site deployment with a production software stack, ensuring schedules, dependencies, and risks are managed proactively across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical role with program management experience.
• Experience running large cross-functional technical programs from planning to delivery.
• Ability to read system design docs, architecture diagrams, and API specs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adapt detail by audience.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and dependencies.
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Linear or equivalent project tools.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, agile practices, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale technical programs across engineering teams.
• Engage with system designs, architecture decisions, and infrastructure trade-offs.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across engineering, product, design, data, and infra.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to executives, engineers, and product leads.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks; maintain mitigation plans.
• Run program rhythm: standups, steering meetings, decision logs, retrospectives.
• Write and maintain specs, decision records, dependency maps, and status reports.
• Lead post-launch reviews and feed learnings back into next programs.
