CultureMill Recruiting represents a cutting-edge hard-tech company in Los Angeles building AI-driven factories for rockets and frontier hardware. We seek an HPC & Edge Infrastructure Architect to design a compute backbone for flagship sites and scale to a global platform.

You will architect real-time, edge-enabled GPU clusters, secure on-prem and cloud infrastructure, and ensure compliance with ITAR and NIST 800-171 while leading a small, capable team.

Formación

• 5+ years of enterprise-level data center engineering experience.
• Hands-on with CPUs, GPUs, servers and storage.
• Experience with on-prem and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with InfiniBand or high-bandwidth interconnects.
• Experience with edge compute for hardware-centric operations.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-171 and ITAR compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and scale edge compute and storage systems for real-time ML on the factory floor.
• Lead design, deployment, and operation of on-prem and cloud infrastructure.
• Design and run networking infrastructure with high-bandwidth interconnects.
• Optimize and manage virtualization and containerization platforms.
• Own security across data, systems, and infrastructure, with audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Keep infrastructure compliant with NIST 800-171 and ITAR.
• Scale footprint site by site with cost and resource efficiency.
