Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a High Performance Computing (HPC) System Engineer to build and maintain large-scale HPC infrastructure across global deployments supporting national security missions.

You will architect and deploy advanced GPU infrastructure, configure HPC environments, and manage storage, interconnects, and virtualization technologies. You will work alongside top engineers and cybersecurity professionals to ensure secure, high-performance compute for sensitive programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and implementing large-scale compute enterprise systems.
• Experience with HPC concepts, file systems, and high-speed interconnects.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy GPU infrastructure including NVIDIA H100/H200 systems.
• Rack, cable, and configure multi-node GPU clusters end-to-end.
• Configure HPC environments with job schedulers and cluster management tools.
• Tune high-speed interconnects and manage large-scale storage for AI/ML workloads.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
