Job summary

Quindar is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Engineer to ensure our software holds up at the edge, where it matters most. You’ll work in the field, in ops centers, and with customers, spanning the full stack from infrastructure to frontend, and using AI to accelerate delivery.

In this role you’ll identify missing capabilities, influence product direction, and translate field feedback into roadmap priorities while collaborating with Product & Engineering to turn prototypes into production code.

Qualifications

• Active US Security Clearance (TS/SCI) required.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy software in customer environments.
• Troubleshoot backend APIs, cloud infra, databases and frontend.
• Travel to customer sites and embed with operations teams.
• Prototype products and iterate with live customer data.
• Translate field insights into product direction and roadmap.
• Partner with Product & Engineering to productionize prototypes.
• Develop playbooks and documentation for integrations.
