Qualifications

• Proven track record of building and supporting production software in mission-critical environments.
• Active US Security Clearance (TS/SCI) required.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy our software in customer environments.
• Troubleshoot issues across backend APIs and cloud infrastructure.
• Travel to customer sites and embed with operations teams.
