Job summary

Squint is hiring a Deployment Engineer to bridge our Industrial Intelligence Platform with real-world factory floors and field sites. You will write production code to enable AI workflows and knowledge graphs in diverse customer environments, embedding with named accounts to ship deployments this week.

You'll work with the founding team on-site, traveling to customer locations as needed, and turning field learnings into actionable product feedback that strengthens Squint's roadmap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience—full-stack, backend, or infrastructure—shipping production code.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments end-to-end at customer sites from kickoff to go-live.
• Write production code—integrations, custom workflows, data pipelines—adapting to each customer's systems.
• Spend time on factory floors and in the field to observe workflows and build usable solutions.
• Provide clear, prioritized feedback to product based on field learnings.
• Earn trust with operators, plant managers, and executives to ensure Squint works.
