Responsibilities include deploying Qualia into customer setups, managing interactions, and building necessary integrations. Required qualifications include full-stack or backend experience, particularly with Python, and previous customer-facing roles.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack or backend engineering experience, especially with Python.
• Previous experience as a FDE or in a strongly customer-facing role.
• Comfort working in unfamiliar codebases.
• Ability to move quickly in a zero-to-one environment.

• Deploy Qualia into customers' real environments.
• Build what customers need to succeed by prototyping integrations and workflows.
• Manage customer/product relations to get them excited about using Qualia.
