Job summary

Seven Feathers is seeking a professional bartender to craft cocktails and serve guests on the Edge Bar Casino floor. You will greet guests, take orders, suggest craft cocktails, and prepare beverages for Beverage Servers, while maintaining an attractive bar environment.

Requirements include 1–3 years of bartending experience, OLCC license, ability to multitask, strong customer service, and a neat appearance. High school diploma preferred; must be 21+ and pass a Class I Gaming background check.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of bartending experience in a similar environment.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at once and follow instructions.
• Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate and OLCC License.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes and fills orders at the bar.
• Provides cocktail suggestions and craft cocktails.
• Prepares beverages for Beverage Servers on the gaming floor.
• Maintains bar supplies and keeps the area attractive.
• Handles cash at the register with proper reconciliation.

The Position:

Prepares alcoholic beverages in accordance with established standards and all applicable federal laws and regulations. Provides superior guest service and maintains the Edge Bar Casino floor bar environment in a manner that will ensure repeat business.

• Greets guest and takes and fills orders directly from the guest at the bar.
• Provides Cocktail suggestions and offers suggestion of craft cocktails
• Prepares alcoholic beverage orders for the Beverage Servers for guests on the gaming floor.
• Maintains the supplies and equipment needed for the daily operation of the bar. Replenishes cocktail napkins and arranges bottles and glasses attractively.
• Takes payment at the cash register and is responsible for proper cash handling, reconciliation, and accounting for the house bank.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.
• 1 - 3 years of experience bartending in a similar environment required.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.
• Able to follow verbal instructions.
• Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate required.
• Current OLCC License required.
• Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance at all times (specific standards available).
