Job summary

Seven Feathers in Oregon is seeking a Bartender Assistant to support the bartender by keeping liquor, mixes, and ice bins stocked and maintaining a neat bar area. You will stock the ice bins, beer cooler, and stock room, rotate stock and face forward labels for easy access.

The role also involves keeping house wine open, washing dishes, and performing end-of-shift side work, including restocking bar supplies and cleaning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months experience in customer service or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Stock liquor, mixes and ice bins; maintain bar area appearance.
• Rotate stock, face labels, keep house wine open.
• Wash dishes and glasses; complete end-of-shift side work; restock bar supplies and walk‑in cooler.
• Tear down wells and perform general clean up; ensure break sheets for empty bottles.

The Position:

Provides support to the Bartender by keeping liquor, mixes and ice bins stocked. Maintains the appearance of the area behind the bar.

• Maintains and stocks the ice bins, beer cooler, and stock room. Rotates stock and faces forward all labels for easy access.
• Makes sure that bottles of house wine are open.
• Keeps dishes and glasses washed and put away during assigned shift.
• Completes side work at end of a shift including but not limited to restocking of bar supplies, walk-in cooler, tearing down wells and general clean up.
• Ensures completion of break sheets of all empty bottles.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.
• 6 months experience in customer service or related field required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Good organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Able to follow verbal instructions and be able to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to work along with little or no supervision.
• Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate required.
• Current OLCC License required.
• Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times (specific standards available).
