Job summary

Seven Feathers is seeking an experienced bartender to join the Edge Bar on the casino floor. You will greet guests, take orders, and craft cocktails while ensuring top-notch service and compliance with regulations.

The role requires 1–3 years of bartending experience, cash handling skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. A valid OLCC license and eligibility for a Class I Gaming license are required. 21+ and professional appearance are a must.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years bartending experience in similar environment.
• Excellent math skills and cash handling.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and manage multiple priorities.
• Current Food Handler or ServSafe certificate.
• OLCC license and Class I Gaming license eligibility.
• 21+ years old.
• Maintain clean and groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take cocktail orders at the bar.
• Provide cocktail suggestions and craft cocktails.
• Prepare alcoholic beverages for Beverage Servers on the gaming floor.
• Maintain bar supplies and arrange bottles and glasses attractively.
• Take payments at the cash register and handle cash with proper reconciliation.

The Position:

Prepares alcoholic beverages in accordance with established standards and all applicable federal laws and regulations. Provides superior guest service and maintains the Edge Bar Casino floor bar environment in a manner that will ensure repeat business.

• Greets guest and takes and fills orders directly from the guest at the bar.
• Provides Cocktail suggestions and offers suggestion of craft cocktails
• Prepares alcoholic beverage orders for the Beverage Servers for guests on the gaming floor.
• Maintains the supplies and equipment needed for the daily operation of the bar. Replenishes cocktail napkins and arranges bottles and glasses attractively.
• Takes payment at the cash register and is responsible for proper cash handling, reconciliation, and accounting for the house bank.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.
• 1 - 3 years of experience bartending in a similar environment required.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.
• Able to follow verbal instructions.
• Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate required.
• Current OLCC License required.
• Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance at all times (specific standards available).
