Job summary

Seven Feathers invites you to join our Edge Bar team, where you’ll mix and serve alcoholic beverages, greet guests, and ensure a high-quality guest experience on the casino floor.

We require 1-3 years bartending, OLCC license, and Food Handler/ServSafe certification; you’ll manage cash at the bar, maintain supplies, and deliver craft cocktail suggestions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of bartending experience in a similar environment required.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.
• Able to follow verbal instructions.
• Current OLCC License required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greets guest and takes and fills orders directly from the guest at the bar.
• Provides cocktail suggestions and offers craft cocktail recommendations.
• Prepares alcoholic beverage orders for Beverage Servers on the gaming floor.
• Maintains supplies and equipment needed for daily bar operations; replenishes napkins and arranges bottles and glasses.
• Takes payment at the cash register and handles cash with proper reconciliation.

The Position

Prepares alcoholic beverages in accordance with established standards and all applicable federal laws and regulations. Provides superior guest service and maintains the Edge Bar Casino floor bar environment in a manner that will ensure repeat business.

• Greets guest and takes and fills orders directly from the guest at the bar.
• Provides Cocktail suggestions and offers suggestion of craft cocktails
• Prepares alcoholic beverage orders for the Beverage Servers for guests on the gaming floor.
• Maintains the supplies and equipment needed for the daily operation of the bar. Replenishes cocktail napkins and arranges bottles and glasses attractively.
• Takes payment at the cash register and is responsible for proper cash handling, reconciliation, and accounting for the house bank.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.
• 1 - 3 years of experience bartending in a similar environment required.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.
• Able to follow verbal instructions.
• Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate required.
• Current OLCC License required.
• Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance at all times (specific standards available).
