Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven B2B sales or business development experience in edge computing, telecom, or enterprise IT infra.
• Strong network in commercial real estate IT, facilities, and university IT departments.
• Understanding of LAN/WAN, Ethernet, fiber, 5G, edge gateways, IT cabinets, and power/cooling basics.

Responsibilities

• Market Expansion & Partnerships: leverage relationships with Commercial Building IT Directors and Facility Executives to build pipeline and close deals.
• Drive B2B pipeline growth by securing strategic partnerships across commercial real estate, flexible workspace operators, and higher ed IT.
• Technical consultative selling: translate edge AI hardware/software architectures into clear ROI for executives and IT leaders.
• Site evaluation & discovery: assess on-site IT/telecom infrastructure for Edge AI deployment.
• Deal closure: manage end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to contract negotiation and SLA definition.
