Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a Program Manager in Sunnyvale, CA to coordinate end-to-end activities across engineering, TPM, and leadership.

You will manage schedules, milestones, and dependencies, track project health, and ensure on-time launches for Edge-based AI features in consumer devices. The role requires strong organization, proactive problem-solving, and clear communication to elevate issues when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3+ years in Project Coordination, Program Coordination, or Project Management.
• Experience supporting the product development lifecycle and key milestones.
• Experience creating and maintaining project schedules with MS Project or similar tools.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end project activities across engineering, TPM, and leadership.
• Manage schedules, milestones, timelines, and dependencies across the product lifecycle.
• Track project health, identify risks or blockers, and escalate when needed.
• Support internal device testing and ensure on-track launches.
• Facilitate daily cross-functional meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare status reports and communicate progress to leadership.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and coordinate cross-team activities.
• Escalate issues and drive timely resolution.
