Quadric, based in Burlingame, CA, seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead software and hardware releases for edge AI accelerators. You will drive concept-to-delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage safety certification processes across ISO 26262 and IEC 61508.

The role emphasizes collaboration with distributed teams and onsite in the Bay Area. You should have 15+ years in technical program management, a MS in CS, and strong PM tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive program management experience in technical AI/embedded domains.
• MS in Computer Science or related technical field required.
• Experience leading distributed teams across geographies/time zones.
• Proficient with PM tools (JIRA, GitHub Issues, QC) and advanced reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage software releases, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Drive progress across engineering and cross-functional teams, mitigating risks.
• Enforce PM methodologies and best practices across the organization.
• Align engineering, product, sales and operations around priorities.
• Lead safety certification programs (ISO 26262, IEC 61508) for products and tools.
