Job summary

Advantech USA in Tustin, CA is seeking a Product Manager I, Key Project Edge AI to lead Edge AI initiatives from requirements to delivery. Onsite role requiring collaboration with sales, engineering, supply chain, and marketing to drive design wins and market success.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in product/project roles, strong AI/hardware knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication. Will coordinate with global teams to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product/project management or related roles within industrial PC/embedded tech.
• Strong knowledge of AI hardware ecosystems and Edge AI trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize, lead multiple projects, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasional meetings outside regular hours due to global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to engage customers and drive Edge AI solution design wins.
• Lead and coordinate Edge AI projects with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Serve as the main interface between customers, sales, and internal teams to manage schedules and risks.
• Collaborate with product management and quality to resolve product- and project-related issues.
• Work with marketing to develop go-to-market plans and customer success stories.
• Coordinate with global teams for project execution and updates.
• Monitor progress, satisfaction, and opportunities, driving actions to improve outcomes.
• Support strategic customer engagements and technical/business presentations.
