Job summary

Ford Energy is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to sit at the intersection of engineering and business impact. This onsite/hybrid role embeds with internal stakeholders and customers to define real operational problems, then designs, builds, and deploys software that solves them.

You will work across the full stack, including Go, Python, TS, GCP, and edge systems. You will own delivery end-to-end, build AI-native capabilities, and contribute to automation, tooling, and secure production-ready

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience across multiple layers.
• Proven track record delivering production-grade software in uncertain environments.
• Experience with AI/ML in production or applied business contexts.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-native systems and intelligent automation across the SDLC.
• Collaborate with operations, product, and customers to define and solve problems.
• Design, develop, and deploy software spanning Go, Python, TS on GCP.
• Own end-to-end delivery and production readiness.
