Job summary

The University of Houston invites applications for a Completion Coach in the Department of Ed Leadership & Policy Studies. You will work with 10-15 nominated students, providing weekly coaching and progress benchmarks to help them advance through their degree program.

You will generate benchmarks with students and advisors, deliver monthly updates to students, their advisors, and the Executive Director, and liaise with administrators as needed.

Qualifications

• Terminal degree in EdD, PhD or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly coaching to each student.
• Generate individual progress benchmarks with students and advisors.
• Provide monthly updates to students, advisors and Executive Director.
• Liaise with Administrative leadership as requested.
