Remote is seeking an Enhanced Due Diligence Analyst to join the Operational Risk team. You will perform thorough EDD on complex, high‑risk customers at onboarding and ongoing reviews, driving improvements in processes and documentation.

Fully async, location-independent: This role at Remote.com is one of the most nomad-friendly available — the company literally builds global employment infrastructure and practices what it preaches. The entire team operates asynchronously, meaning no fixed daily meeting windows and no timezone lock-in. You set your own schedule around your life.
Timezone considerations: While async-first, the job listing prioritizes EMEA and AMER applicants, which provides a loose geographic envelope. If you base yourself in Europe, Africa, or the Americas — popular nomad hubs included — you’re well within scope. APAC nomads may still apply but should note the prioritization.
Salary vs. nomad cost of living (€62,100–€69,900/year):
Travel-relevant perks: Home office budget, IT equipment allowance, and a coworking space budget make it easy to work from coliving spaces or cafés globally. The 16-week parental leave and mental health support are strong safety nets for nomads managing life on the road.
