Job summary

Woodfords Family Services seeks Educational Technicians (Ed Tech I–III) for ECS and SPPS programs in Westbrook, ME. These full-time roles start at $20/hour with raises based on education and experience, plus a $1,000 bonus ($500 after intro, $500 at 6 months).

Onsite at our school campus in Westbrook, Ed Techs implement ABA interventions under supervision to help young learners reach their potential in home, community, and school settings.

Qualifications

• Ed Tech I requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ed Tech II requires a minimum of 60 college credits.
• Ed Tech III requires a minimum of 90 college credits.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA interventions under supervision.
• Provide intensive clinical instruction to support learning.
• Support students with autism in home, school and community settings.

Education

Job description

We're seeking compassionate and dedicated Educational Technicians (Ed Tech I, II, & III) to join our Early Childhood Services (ECS) and Special Purpose Private School (SPPS) programs in Westbrook, Maine. These are year-round, full-time (40 hours/week) positions offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children throughout Maine communities.

Position Summary

Woodfords' ECS Preschool & Special Purpose Private School provides evidence-based programing for students with autism and related disabilities, grades pre-k through 5th. With oversight and instruction from the classroom Lead Teacher and clinical team, Ed Techs effectively implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions, and include intensive clinical instruction to help young learners with autism and related disabilities reach their highest potential and function successfully in home, community, and school-based settings.

Services will be rendered onsite at our school campus in Westbrook, ME.

Opportunity Details

• Monday through Friday; 8:00am-4:00pm
• Starting pay at $20 per hour with increases based on education and experience
• $1,000 bonus eligible ($500 after introductory period, $500 at 6 months of employment)

• Education and/or experience in Special Education, Early Childhood, or a related field, preferred.
