Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking an Emergency Department Technician (EDT) in Wisconsin to support patient care under RN supervision. The role delivers supportive care, assists with daily living activities, and helps maintain a safe and clean ED environment.

The ideal candidate has a Wisconsin EMT-Basic license, BLS certification, and at least 18 years old with strong English communication and teamwork skills. This is a part-time position with a 12-hour Day/Night schedule and 36 hours per pay period.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• English reading and written/spoken communication required.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• One year EMT experience preferred; one year acute care hospital experience preferred.
• Current Wisconsin EMT-Basic license and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care under RN supervision.
• Provide supportive care to ED patients and perform approved procedures.
