Job summary

UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL, seeks a caregiver to work 60% FTE with a 7:00am–7:00pm schedule, including every third weekend and rotating holidays. The position is based at 1401 E State St, Rockford, IL, within a hospital setting.

Licenses & Certifications

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant, EMT, Completion of fundamentals of nursing course and be registered on the Illinois Department of Health Registry or a nurse who has complete RN or LPN training in another country, or RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification. Required
• Basic EKG and/or Phlebotomy. Preferred
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
