Morse Street School is seeking dedicated and compassionate early childhood Education Technicians to support 4-year-old students in our regular education classroom. This role involves working closely with Special Education staff to assist young learners with daily living skills, social-emotional development, communication, play-based learning, and early academic readiness in both individual and small group settings. The ideal candidates are patient, nurturing, flexible, and passionate about supporting young children as they develop foundational skills and independence.
Pay for this position is based on the CEA Collective Bargaining Agreement Appendix B and ranges from $25.66 to $28.91 hourly, depending on experience. This position will also receive a $1.50/hour differential due to the regular assignment of responsibilities that include feeding, toileting, personal care/hygiene, and/or the physical restraint of students.
