Job summary

Durham Community School is seeking a full time Ed Tech III to support our K-6 math intervention program. Working with our math specialist, the candidate will provide small group, in-class, and pull-out support. A background and passion for math is preferred. This position is 6.5 hours per day on school days, 32.5 hours per week.

Pay for this position is based on the CEA Collective Bargaining Agreement Appendix B and ranges from $25.66 to $28.91 hourly, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid 023-Ed Tech III Certification from the ME Dept. of Education.
• Strong communication skills and growth mindset are required.
• Ability to work independently and with a team to support math interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide small group, in-class, and pull-out support for K-6 math intervention.
• Collaborate with the math specialist to implement targeted strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with staff and support student progress.
