Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years of recent field experience is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document vital signs and report changes to the ED nurse.
• Obtain orthostatic vital signs.
• Transport patients as needed to support flow in the ED.
• Insert peripheral IV and collect blood samples when indicated.
• Collect specimens (urine, sputum, nasopharyngeal swabs).
• Perform basic monitoring and assist with patient care under RN supervision.
