Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical or Associate Degree in law enforcement, social science, physiology, or related fields preferred.
• BLS/CPR required on hire or within 30 days.
• Certified Police Officer with valid law enforcement certification required.
• Firearm Certification required.
• Safety sensitive position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and manage conflicts.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and respond quickly to emergencies.
• Knowledge of safety laws and patient confidentiality.
• Strong knowledge of emergency procedures, de-escalation techniques, and conflict resolution.
• Current and active police officer
• Minimum 1 year of experience in law enforcement.
• Preferred: supervisory experience in healthcare or similar setting.
• Knowledge of security operations in healthcare environments.

Responsibilities
