Job summary

Jefferson Regional Main Hospital in Pine Bluff, AR seeks a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. The RN will deliver direct care, delegate tasks, and coordinate with physicians and units to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes.

The role requires nursing graduation from an accredited program, a valid RN license, and 1–2 years of acute care experience. This is a safety-sensitive position with included health benefits and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school program required.
• ADN/BSN preferred; Nursing is a safety sensitive role.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience, acute care preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
