Job summary

OhioHealth in Ohio is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care in the Emergency Department during night shifts. You will assess patients, plan and implement care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role requires current RN license in Ohio (or compact) and BLS certification; a BSN is preferred with at least 5 years of employment experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN license from Ohio or multi-state compact.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient health status.
• Plan and document nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
• Implement and evaluate nursing care and revise plan as needed.
• Lead process improvement to achieve quality, safety, and efficiency in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care.
