The role focuses on delivering comprehensive nursing care within a multidisciplinary team and advancing professional development. The ideal candidate holds WA RN licensure (MLS acceptable) with BSN preferred, current BLS, and ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP certifications as required.

Qualifications

• RN license in WA or MLS required/best
• BSN preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP as required by facility
• Specialty-area certification preferred
• One year of acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis
• Use nursing process per hospital policies and procedures
• Collaborate with nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience
• Foster learning environment for patients, families and staff
