Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Salem Hospital in Salem, MA seeks an experienced Emergency Department RN to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a busy Level III trauma center.

You will work rotating shifts in a 65-bed ED with dedicated pediatric space and a new radiology suite, collaborating with physicians, mid‑levels and staff to ensure safe, efficient care. Minimum 2 years acute care RN experience; BLS and ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years acute care RN experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Valid/current RN license in Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• BLS required. ACLS preferred.
• 36 hr 7p-7:30a, every third weekend, every other holiday

Responsibilities

• Manage ED nursing process and deliver patient- and family-centered care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective care.
• Provide compassionate care in a high‑volume ED setting.
