Job summary

Salem Hospital, an affiliate of Mass General Brigham, seeks an Emergency Department registered nurse to manage the nursing process and deliver patient- and family-centered care in a high-volume ED. Requires MA RN license and BLS; ED experience preferred; 36-hour overnight shift 7p-7:30a with every third weekend and every other holiday.

The department features a 65-bed ED with dedicated radiology space, Level III trauma designation, and a focus on education and professional growth within Mass

Qualifications

• 2 years Acute Care RN experience preferred.
• ED experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Valid Massachusetts RN license.
• BLS required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the nursing process and delivery of patient- and family-centered care.
• Utilize governing resources and multidisciplinary teams to provide quality, cost-effective patient care.
• Collaborate with ED team to ensure smooth operations and patient flow.
