Mass General Brigham's Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, MA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. The role covers triage, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in a fast-paced ED environment.

The position requires MA RN licensure with BLS; ACLS, De-escalation, and PALS/ENPC within stated timelines. Prior Critical Care or Emergency RN experience is required; rotating weekends and holidays apply.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
• De-escalation certification within 60 days.
• PALS or ENPC certification within 6 months.
• Critical Care RN and/or Emergency RN experience required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Triage patients and provide ongoing assessment and interventions.
• Coordinate care with other professionals to ensure timely and effective outcomes.
• Provide discharge teaching and patient/family education.
