As a RN At MercyOne, You Will Provide And Direct Safe, Effective, And Culturally-competent Patient Care For All Age Groups Requiring Stabilization, And/or Resuscitation. Key Accountabilities Include

• Assessment and diagnosis
• Outcomes identification
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice
• Triaging and prioritizing care needs
• Crisis intervention for unique patient populations (e.g., sexual assault survivors)
• Emergency operations preparedness
• Adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA
• Active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities

Weekend schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Day shift: 7am - 7pm
