The ideal candidate has ED experience, active RN licensure, and current BLS/ACLS certification with PALS within one year of hire. This full-time role emphasizes patient-centered care and adherence to hospital policies.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• ED experience required.
• Current state RN license or eligibility; BLS, ACLS required; PALS within 1 year of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assess the patient's physical and psychological condition continuously throughout the care continuum.
• Adhere to Westerly Hospital policies and procedures.
• Act as a clinical resource and role model; participate in staff training and development.
