South Shore Health's Emergency Department in Weymouth, MA seeks a Part-time RN to provide nurse-led care during night shifts. You will apply the nursing process, coordinate care and ensure patient safety and comfort across the care continuum.

Minimum of acute care experience preferred; must hold RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP or equivalent certifications. This role requires adherence to hospital policies and active participation in patient/family centered care and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education - Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Minimum Work Experience Previous Acute Care RN experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer and document medications per SSH policies.
• Develop and update individualized plan of care and document outcomes.
• Initiate admission assessment within 8 hours of admissions and document teaching needs.
• Assess and document patient pain and comfort; update plan of day with the team.
• Facilitate discharge/transfer by 12:00pm and address barriers.
