Job Description:
The ED Registration Specialist performs all outpatient andinpatient registrations functions, insurance verification, cashcollections for the University of Toledo Medical Center whileproviding excellent customer satisfaction. Strive to sustaincourteous and caring impression for patients and visitors.Communicates effectively to maximize patient flow and provideexcellence in customer relations. Ensure that financial policiesand requirements are met while providing caring access at theUniversity of Toledo medical Center.
Performs complete and accurate registration and admission functionsfor the purpose of maximize reimbursement, and provide timely andaccurate patient information to all other providers and users ofpatient data.
The ED Registration Specialist is highly skilled and works at afully cross functional level.
