Qualifications

1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment with substantial data entry and keyboard skills.
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

Accurately collects and enters demographic, insurance, and financial information into the EMR, ensuring forms are completed.
Verifies insurance eligibility, obtains required authorizations or referrals, and determines correct filing order and copayments.
Performs registration tasks within Epic, including arrivals, HAR creation, check-ins, and downtime procedures.
Monitors and resolves registration-related errors in work queues within three days.
Provides flexible registration support across departments while following workflows.
Delivers high-quality service by adhering to AIDET, showing empathy, and maintaining professional communication.
Participates in Lean problem-solving, training initiatives, and updates to standard work.
