Job summary

The position involves light clerical duties, such as quick patient registration, maintaining confidentiality, and contributing to a calm, caring environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• BLS certification is preferred.
• Must maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Responsibilities

• Cordially greets visitors and patients upon arrival and directs them as needed.
• Assists patients and visitors by obtaining wheelchairs or other services.
• Where applicable, inputs patient information into the computer promptly and accurately.
• Maintains a clean, safe working environment and supports in clerical duties.
• Provides shift hand-off to the next Greeter and assists in orientation of new staff.
