Qualifications

• 0-2 years hospital registration or 3 years customer service
• CAC certification within 120 days of employment
• Bilingual candidates preferred

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer service to patients and staff.
• Maintains data integrity for demographics, insurance, and admission info.
• Verifies insurance coverage and applies payer rules for reimbursement.
• Collects patient copays and documents accounts accurately.
• Is flexible to cover Admitting or ED as needed and supports holiday rotations.
