WellSpan Health's Patient Access team seeks a Registration Supervisor for the Emergency Department in York, PA. You will oversee daily ED operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service.

This role requires lead responsibilities and collaboration across departments in a fast-paced hospital setting. Responsibilities include acting as the shift lead, managing registrations, coordinating staffing, and supporting continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year relevant experience required.
• Certified Healthcare Access Associate within 1 year required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations in Emergency Department and patient access.
• Serve as registration system super-user and shift lead.
• Coordinate staffing and real-time performance monitoring.
• Provide coaching and development of staff and participate in interviews.
• Assist with process improvement and policy development.
