Job summary

Virtua Health in Burlington, NJ is seeking a part-time One-to-One Observer to provide constant 1:1 observation of patients, ensure safety, and communicate with the healthcare team and families.

The role requires strong communication, a high school diploma or GED, and completion of an observer course. The position offers a 3rd shift schedule with 12 weekly hours and comprehensive benefits for eligible colleagues.

Summary:

The purpose of the One to One Observer is to provide personal constant observation of a patient.

This position will also Communicate with and support healthcare team, patients and/or patient's family or significant other(s).

Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required:

Training/Certifications/Licensure:

Successful completion of Observer course or equivalent is mandatory.

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $21.33The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
