Job summary

Virtua Health in Mount Holly, NJ is seeking a One-to-One Observer to provide constant one-to-one observation of a patient and support the healthcare team.

This full-time night shift role requires a high school diploma or GED and completion of an Observer course; a comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

Summary:

The purpose of the One to One Observer is to provide personal constant observation of a patient.

This position will also Communicate with and support healthcare team, patients and/or patient’s family or significant other(s).

This position will also maintain and demonstrate high standards of professional ethics.

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $21.33The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant’s experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
