Job summary

We are seeking a Staff RN to join the hospital-based team at MultiCare Capital Medical Center in Olympia, WA. This role offers a 0.9 FTE with night shifts and 12-hour shifts, including alternating weekends, to support a multidisciplinary care approach.

The position emphasizes specialized nursing care, collaboration, professional development, and a commitment to the future of nursing within the MultiCare system.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent expected.
RN license in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement.
BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS or TNCC/NRP as required by facility.

Responsibilities

Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating continuously.
Deliver nursing care using nursing process per hospital policies, procedures and protocols.
Collaborate with nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost management.
Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff.
Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
