MultiCare Health System, Inc. in Tacoma, WA is seeking a staff RN for the Emergency Department at Tacoma General Hospital. This full-time 0.9 FTE night-shift role offers 12-hour shifts and alternating weekends, with a strong multidisciplinary team.

You will provide patient-centered care, collaborate with physicians and bedside teams, and support nursing education and professional growth. Sign-on and relocation bonuses up to $10,000 are available, along with comprehensive benefits and generous

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or MLS.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility.
• One year of experience in acute care setting preferred.
• Certification in specialty area preferred.

Responsabilités

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating.
• Use the nursing knowledge to deliver care according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and health-care team.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse backgrounds.
