Job summary

Join a hospital team at MultiCare Auburn Medical Center in Auburn, WA. We are seeking an experienced staff RN for evening, 12‑hour shifts in a 0.9 FTE role with alternating weekends.

You will provide focused nursing care within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a culture of ownership and professional growth. Candidates must hold an RN license in WA (or MLS) with BLS, ACLS/PALS, and a BSN preferred; 1 year acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS).
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
• One (1) year of experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Utilize nursing knowledge to deliver care using the nursing process per hospital policies.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff and health care team.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
