Qualifications
- 1+ charge nurse or relevant leadership experience, preferred.

- RN licensure and BLS required.

- Experience with performance improvement and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high quality patient care.
- Oversee performance improvement initiatives on the unit.
- Mentor and precept new staff with hands-on training and feedback.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and hospital policies.
- Support conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
