Qualifications
- RN license required (Florida)
- Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred
- Minimum 1+ year as charge nurse or leadership role
- Minimum 1+ year in acute care setting
- Basic computer skills and EHR experience
Responsibilities
- Monitor nursing staff performance and provide feedback.
- Mentor staff and identify training needs.
- Resolve conflicts to maintain team cohesion.
- Lead quality improvement and data-driven initiatives.
- Communicate with patients and healthcare teams for coordinated care.
- Precept new staff and provide hands-on training.
