Qualifications

• RN with an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.
• Current Florida RN license.
• 1+ year in leadership/charge nurse role preferred.
• Experience in acute care settings.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of nursing staff, provide feedback, conduct appraisals and implement improvement plans.
• Identify training needs, organize educational programs, and mentor staff.
• Resolve staff conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives by analyzing data and implementing strategies.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare team for coordinated care.
• Mentor and precept new staff with hands-on training and feedback.
