Morgan Medical Center is seeking an Emergency Department RN Manager to lead the ED team, oversee daily operations, and ensure excellent patient care. You will mentor nurses, collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership, and drive standards of practice and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• RN license with active state licensure.
• BSN or higher preferred.
• 3–5 years in emergency nursing with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of ED operations, safety standards, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Proficient in EHR and hospital management software.
• ACLS and PALS certifications; TNCC a plus (within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ED operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality patient care.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff for professional development.
• Coordinate care with physicians, staff, and administration.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and department budget for efficiency.
• Address patient and family concerns and ensure a positive experience.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives and monitor KPIs.
• Facilitate staff training and emergency preparedness protocols.
