The role requires an accredited nursing degree, an active Ohio RN license, CPR certification, and basic computer skills, with responsibilities to supervise staff, ensure patient safety, and uphold infection-control policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in nursing.
• Active State of Ohio Registered Nurse Nursing License.
• CPR - approved by the American Heart Association.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Plans, directs, and evaluates total nursing care on the unit.
• Maintains standards of patient care and responds to clinical changes.
• Administers medications and ensures accurate documentation.
• Coordinates staff, education, and orientation for personnel.
• Ensures infection-control and patient safety policies are followed.
